Farmed in Binna Burra in the Hinterland of Byron Bay the Angus Limousin Beef Is bred for superior quality, tenderness and flavour. The superior quality of Angus meat comes from their intra-muscular marbling, together with excellent tenderness, texture and flavor. Limousin meat is finely textured, tender and low in saturated fats and cholesterol. The Result of combining Angus Limousin Beef is Superior Quality, tender, flavourful, healthy meat, and dry ageing for 28 days further enhances the flavour. Graeme’s interest in exercise and healthy eating coupled with his love of meat has led him to produce his own Biltong. Made from premium quality lean and tender topside. It is trimmed of visible fat soaked in a special blend of herbs and spices and hung to dry. The result is a healthy tasty, low fat, high protein snack. The paleos love it!
