Trevor Mead Quality Meats is a family-owned and operated business, which has grown alongside our family through the years. Son Graeme and his wife Anna now work alongside Trevor and Chris.
We are proud of our heritage in both the town and in the butchery trade. The year 2016 will mark 50 years in the trade for Trevor, and 20 years for Graeme. Senior Butcher Stephen Barry has over 25 years experience and butchers Mick, Brock and Will also bring their experience to the team.
Byron is the perfect place for a barbie, with free BBQ’s dotted all along the beach fronts for Locals and visitors to enjoy. We have an extensive BBQ range guaranteed to impress, from Trevor's award winning sausages to his fabulous rissoles and mouth-watering local dry aged steaks. Our meat is sourced locally where possible and is cut fresh to requirements.
